At Dubaiya Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Certain products such as personal care items, intimate wear, or customized products may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene and personalization reasons.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us before sending it back.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, sale items, and digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item without tracking.
